It was really tough for the first week or so and then became much easier. When we eat carbs we're using an energy system that our body isn't supposed to be eating as it's main system. Our brains also don't register that we are full thus we eat more! Eating fat and protein is great! Your body feels full and you lose weight too and feel great! Feeling a little sick of coconut flour though!
